从分子设计的角度出发, 合成了末端含有两个庞大基团的哑铃状偶氮化合物. 其大的末端基团一方面可以增加顺、反两种异构体之间的能垒, 有利于两种异构体的稳定存在, 另一方面由于大的末端基团的存在, 为采用AFM或高分辨STM直接观测两种异构体分子相的相互转变降低了难度.  相似文献

A modified thiocyanate method without extraction by using rhodamine 6G as a secondary ligand was developed. Molybdenum in 1.0×10−2 M HCl, after the addition of ascorbic acid, was heated for 10 min in a 90 °C water bath for reduction. Suitable amounts of glycerine, Triton X-100, rhodamine 6G solutions and 2+1 (v/v) 9 M H2SO4+3 M KHSO4 were added in this order. This solution was allowed to cool to room temperature and the absorbance at 570 nm was measured against a reagent blank 45 min after the addition of thiocyanate solution and the second aliquot of Triton X-100 solution. The complex was stable for at least 4 h, the order of reagent addition was important, and thiocyanate should be in large excess. Beer’s law was obeyed over the range 0.9×10−6 to 1.1×10−5 M Mo with the molar absorptivity being 1.1×105 l mol−1 cm−1. The R.S.D. for the determination of 0.7 mg Mo l−1 was 1.83% (n=8). Possible interferences of various cations and anions on molybdenum determination were studied. The proposed method was applied to the determination of molybdenum in a dental alloy, Wiron 99.  相似文献

The monomer-dimer equilibrium of an asymmetric cyanine dye has been investigated by means of UV-Vis spectroscopy. The data have been processed by a recently developed chemometric method for quantitative analysis of undefined mixtures, that is based on simultaneous resolution of the overlapping bands in the whole set of absorption. In this work the dimerization constant of 1-carboxydecyl-4-{3-[3-methyl-3H-benzothiazol-2-ylidene]-propenyl}-quinolinium (TO-3) has been determined by studying the dependence of absorption spectrum on temperature in the range 25-72.5 °C at different total concentrations of dye (8.5×10−6 to 2.87×10−5 M). Utilizing the van’t Hoff relation, which describes the dependence of the equilibrium constant on temperature, as constraint we determine the spectral responses of the monomer and dimer species as well as the enthalpy and entropy of the dimerization equilibrium.  相似文献

The interaction of Methylthymol Blue(MTB)-Zinc(Ⅱ) compound and Alizarin Red S(ARS)-Aluminum(Ⅲ) compound with Bovine serum albumin (BSA) was investigated by UV-Vis spectrophotometric method in acidic buffer solution. MTB-Zn(Ⅱ)-BSA was a blue color compound, which possesses maximum absorption at 613 nm with 172 nm, 174 nm and 18 nm of red shift compared to the MTB, MTB-BSA and MTB-Zn(Ⅱ) complexes respectively. Dual wavelength substantial amount ratio method, balance dialysis substantial amount ratio method and unity wavelength substantial amount ratio method were compared. The following results were obtained: the apparent molar absorptivity of MTB-Zn(Ⅱ) with BSA was ε=2.20×104 L·mol-1·cm-1. Conditional proportion were defined, nMTBnZn(Ⅱ)nBSA=2∶2∶1; condition combination constant, K=2.07×1010. Combination proportion were defined, nARSnAl(Ⅲ)nBSA=6∶4∶1. Condition equilibrium constant of reaction of ARS-Al(Ⅲ) with BSA was K=8.80×108. The apparent molar absorptivity of ε=2.65×104 L·mol-1·cm-1. It is suggested that combination between BSA and MTB-Zn(Ⅲ) is due to coordination force. That combination between BSA and ARS-Al(Ⅲ) is due to the coordination bond and electrostatic force.  相似文献

The electronic absorption spectra of some 2-styryl-4-phenyl-thiazole ethiodides are studied in organic solvents of different polarities. The shorter wavelength band appearing in the visible region is assigned to an intramolecular charge transfer (CT)-transition originating from the phenyl moiety to the positively charged hetero ring, while the longer wavelength one is due to an intermolecular CT-transition from the iodide ion to the 2-styryl-4-phenyl-thiazolinium cation. These assignments are based on the nature of the aldehydic residue and effects of solvent, concentration, and temperature on both the position and absorptivity of the CT complex-band. It is concluded that the CT complex formed will be highly solvated inDMF, DMSO, ethanol and methanol relative to in CHCl3, dioxane and acetone. The formation constant of the CT complex in solutions of different polarities is determined at different temperatures. Furthermore, the thermodynamic parameters H o, G o and S o for complex formation are calculated and discussed.

Zusammenfassung Die Elektronenanregungsspektren einiger substituierter 2-Styryl-4-phenyl-thiazol-ethiodide wurden in einigen Lösungsmitteln unterschiedlicher Polarität untersucht. Die Absorption bei kürzerer Wellenlänge wird einem intramolekularen Charge-Transfer (CT)-Übergang zugeordnet, die langwellige Bande einem intermolekularen CT-Übergang (Jodid—organ. Kation). Die Diskussion erfolgt basierend auf Substitutions-, Lösungsmittel-, Konzentrations-, und Temperatur-Effekten. Die Komplexbildungskonstanten und die thermodynamischen Parameter H o, G o und S o werden angegeben.

Summary. (E)- and (Z)-Urocanic acids are endogenous chemicals in the normal mammalian skin. The first and the second thermodynamic dissociation constants (pK a1 and pK a2) of urocanic acid isomers were determined using UV spectrophotometry in aqueous solutions. The values with standard deviation (pK a1 = 3.43 ± 0.12 and pK a2 = 5.80 ± 0.04) and (pK a1 = 2.7 ± 0.3 and pK a2 = 6.65 ± 0.04) were obtained to (E)- and (Z)-urocanic acids, respectively. The second dissociations were studied also by potentiometric titration in aqueous sodium chloride solutions up to the isotonic salt concentration (0.154 mol dm−3), and the second thermodynamic dissociation constants as well as activity parameters for both isomers were determined at temperature 25°C and for (E)-urocanic acid also at 37°C. The obtained pK a2 values were close to those found by UV spectrophotometry. The equations for the calculation of the second stoichiometric dissociation constants of urocanic acid isomers on molality and molarity scale in aqueous sodium chloride solutions were derived. The obtained pK a1 and pK a2 values for (Z)-urocanic acid appear to be essentially lower than some previously reported values in literature. An erratum to this article is available at .  相似文献

Two new groups of azobenzene ester derivatives were synthesised: alkyl 4-[4-(nonyloxy)phenyl]diazenyl]benzoates and 4-[4-(nonyloxy)phenyl]diazenyl]phenyl alkanoates. All 35 presented homologues are mesogenic. Moreover, some of the above-mentioned compounds exhibit rich liquid-crystalline polymorphism likewise tetramorphism. During this investigation by the use of polarising optical microscopy, differential scanning calorimetry and X-Ray studies, six types of mesophases were detected: nematic, smectics (A, C, I, F) and G. Furthermore, due to the presence of the photosensitive azo moiety, the E–Z isomerisation reaction is possible. This process, which is initiated by the UV irradiation, causes significant changes in the UV-Vis absorption spectra of investigated compounds. However, the photoisomerisation is a reversible process and in the dark the thermal relaxation of Z isomer takes place. Based on the achieved data, the kinetic constants of the isomerisation and relaxation processes were calculated. It shows that conversion of the ester bond makes some changes in the optical properties. The shift of about 7 nm of the absorbance maximum was observed. Surprisingly, the inversion of the ester group has significant influence on the liquid-crystalline polymorphism replacing one mesophase (for benzoates) into four (for alkanoates).  相似文献

A simple model for blistering mechanism is proposed for energies higher than 20 keV. The model assumes that through the nucleation of smaller bubbles, a critical bubble radius is reached. The planar stress results of Jeffery for a semi-infinite plate with a circular hole subject to a uniform inner normal pressure are roughly taken as valid for the three-dimensional case. Under this assumption, the thickness of the blister's cover and critical ion dose for blister formation are calculated from the knowledge of the mean projected range of ions and blister diameter taken from experimental results. The resulting values are in agreement with the experimental values reported. The model can qualitatively explain breakage at the top of the dome-shaped blisters observed in molybdenum at 1100 K.  相似文献

Colloidal gold nanoparticles were prepared through in situ reduction in the presence of water-soluble star homopolymer with β-cyclodextrin core and poly[2-(dimethylamino) ethyl methacrylate] arms (star PDMAEMA-β-CD) at ambient temperature. In this process, star PDMAEMA-β-CD acted as both reducing agent and stabilizing agent for gold nanoparticles. More importantly, the optical properties and the morphology of star-PDMAEMA-β-CD-stabilized colloidal gold nanoparticles were sensitive to the solution pH due to structural changes of the polymer. Different assemblies can be formed by tuning the pH of the medium. Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR), UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy, transmission electron microscopy (TEM), dynamic laser light scattering (DLS) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were used to characterize the synthetic gold nanoparticles and the pH-controlled assembly of gold nanoparticles.  相似文献
